Absolutely no one told me the pool towels are at the front desk, how ridiculous! I mean, am I supposed to be a mind reader? my complimentary bathrobe was mysteriously missing after housekeeping. I almost wrote a glowing review, but that would ve been a stretch with such embarrassing neglect.

The suites are spacious, offering a good amount of living space. The location is just across from the KL Tower, making it easy to hit some iconic spots in the city without breaking a sweat.
The facilities are showing signs of age. the swimming pool is particularly uninviting and looks like it hasn't seen a good clean in a while. Wi-Fi can test your patience with its sluggishness, and finding enough towels might feel like a scavenger hunt. The check-in process left a lot to be desired, taking more than half an hour even after the stated check-in time. The gym is cramped with outdated equipment and no natural light, making it less than ideal for a workout. Room service is quite limited and the kitchenette in the suite lacks basic utensils like a microwave, which is a letdown for a longer stay.
